The success of any business enterprise is dependent on the ability of its management
team to utilize its limited resources to achieve a predetermined objective. The
study of management is all about devising ways to manage the increasing complexities
of the business process.
The Department of Management Studies was started in the year of 2008.
This Department is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore.
It was established with a mission of nurturing the management and business skills of the rural aspiring students.
The college offers two year (Semester Pattern) MBA programme to equip the students to discharge the requisite
roles in the world of emerging managers. This department offers dual specialization in Marketing, HR, Finance,
Systems and Operations.
This department has strong association with MMA (Madras Management Association) to strengthen the relationship
with the corporate. It cultivates learning through informal clubs like Marketing, Finance and HR.
The clubs initiate activities like Product Launch, Business Quiz, Local Bazaar, Market Survey and Weekly
Ideas Campaign, etc.
